In 1989, at the age of just 19, I opened my first laboratory in Athens, where it is still located today.
The main object of my business at the beginning was designing and manufacturing necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, pins and anything related to jewelry, working with materials such as metals, stones, and beads.
Along the way, however, I felt the need to develop my work.
I tried new designs, new materials and techniques.
I expanded my business in 2001 by creating a whole collection with decorations for sandals at first and then more generally for shoes, heels, boots and anywhere in the footwear the decoration could be included. But that didn’t stop there. At the same time, I moved on to clothing, where I made decorations for parts of clothing or underwear, but also complete dresses and underwear with beads, pearls, metals and stones. I also made constructions for decoration or the complete covering of hair from similar materials.
At a young age and self-made, I managed to take off my business and reach good design and technical levels.
For the last 7 years, we have been working together with my daughter, who I also had very young, a little later, after I opened my first laboratory. Angela was lucky as a baby to be in such a place and as a child to develop skills as far as design and construction. After all, she also studied in this branch.
Growing both with this job, day by day, year by year, a whole world unfolded among metals, stones and thousands of materials, designs and techniques.
Work, in any form, is an integral part of our daily life.
It is something that never stops. It is a creation.
