2. Returns & Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of the following cases due to hygiene and customization:
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Customized Jewelry: Products made to special order or featuring engravings/customizations are non-returnable.
- Return Costs: Shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
3. Warranty & Repairs
At Miriel-CuCake, we believe in the quality of our materials (such as Stainless Steel and Brass).
- Limited Warranty: We offer a 2-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., a faulty clasp).
- Repairs: After the warranty period or for damage caused by misuse (e.g., a broken chain from pulling), we offer a repair service for a small fee, upon consultation.
4. Care & Safety Instructions (Very Important!)
To keep your jewelry shining like new:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body creams, sanitizers, and chemical cleaners.
- Remove jewelry before bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
- Child Safety: Jewelry contains small parts and is not a toy. Keep away from infants and children under 4 years old due to choking hazards. Use by teenagers should be supervised.
Payment Methods: Payments in our online store are processed with absolute security via the Stripe platform. You can complete your purchases using any type of debit or credit card, as well as the Stripe Link service for a faster and safer checkout. Stripe is a globally recognized payment provider, licensed and compliant with the highest security standards.
Availability: In case of stock shortage, you will be notified immediately.
Right of Withdrawal & Repair Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., via email at [email protected]) before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in the excellent condition in which it was received, unused, and in its full original packaging (box, protectors, etc.) without damage.
- It must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice).
- Exceptions: As stated in the Terms of Use, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
- Custom Category: For jewelry made to order, withdrawal is accepted within 14 days with a 30% deduction of the original value due to personalized manufacturing costs.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal & Refunds
If you withdraw legally, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (provided you chose the cheapest standard delivery method we offer).
- Exceptions: Additional costs due to your choice (e.g., cash on delivery fees) are non-refundable.
- Refund Time: The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Payment Method: The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., Stripe/Card), unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the products. The choice of shipping method and responsibility for delivery lies with the customer. Alternatively, you may deliver the product directly to our premises, by appointment, to avoid shipping costs.

At Miriel-CuCake, we want our jewelry to stay with you forever. All our handcrafted pieces are repairable.
- Process: Contact us for a preliminary estimate. Then, send the jewelry (at your own shipping expense), accompanied by the proof of purchase and your contact details.
- Cost Estimate: After inspecting the jewelry at our workshop, we will officially inform you of the final repair cost via email or phone.
Pet Safety & Wellness
At Miriel-CuCake, the safety and comfort of our four-legged friends are our top priority. Our accessories are designed to add style, but your pet’s well-being always comes first. Please follow these guidelines:
- Pet Consent: Every animal is unique. Ensure that your pet happily accepts the accessory and does not feel discomfort or stress.
- Supervision: Accessories should be worn only under your supervision.
- When to remove: For the safety of the animal, remove the accessory:
- When the pet is left home alone.
- During sleep.
- During intense activity, playtime, or running, to avoid the risk of getting caught.
- Wear & Tear Check: Regularly inspect the accessory for damage. If you notice loose parts or wear, discontinue use immediately to prevent the risk of swallowing small components.
